1. About Leology

Leology (“Leology”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) publishes articles about marketing and data at leologyhub.com. Article titles, summaries and listings are open to everyone; the full body of an article is available to signed-in members.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Leology website and the features described on it.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the website, and in particular by selecting “Continue with Google” to create or access an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the website.

3. Accounts and your responsibility

  • Accounts are intended for individuals aged 13 or over.
  • One person is expected to hold one account.
  • You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account, including keeping access to the Google account used to sign in secure.
  • You can close your account at any time from your account page.

4. Signing in with Google

Leology uses Google Sign-In as its sign-in method. Leology does not ask you to create or store a password with us.

When you sign in, Google provides Leology with basic account information such as your verified email address, your display name, your profile picture and a stable identifier for your Google account. Your use of Google’s own services remains subject to Google’s terms and policies. How Leology handles this information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website, please do not:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
  • Post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, spam, or unsolicited advertising.
  • Attempt to bypass sign-in requirements or other access controls, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
  • Scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the website or its articles.
  • Interfere with the normal operation or security of the website.

6. Leology content and intellectual property

Articles, images, design and other material published on the website are owned by Leology or its authors and are protected by copyright and other applicable rights.

You may read the content and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the source. Reproducing full articles, republishing them elsewhere, or using them for commercial purposes requires our prior written permission.

7. Comments you write

Signed-in members can leave comments on articles. You keep the rights to what you write, and you give Leology permission to store and display your comment on the website in connection with the article it belongs to.

You are responsible for what you post. We may moderate, edit or remove comments — including content that breaches section 5 — and we may do so without prior notice.

8. Third-party services and links

The website relies on third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Google-hosted web fonts, our hosting provider, and — only if you give your consent — Google Analytics. Articles may also link to third-party websites.

Those services and websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Availability and changes to the service

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, articles or sections of the website at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. No professional advice and no guaranteed outcomes

Leology content is educational and reflects shared professional experience. It is not professional, legal, financial or career advice for your specific situation, and it does not guarantee any business, marketing, employment or career outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leology is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or where necessary to protect the website, its members or a third party. You may close your own account at any time from your account page.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of the website.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. If you continue to use the website after that date, the updated Terms apply to you.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
